Support staff are available during semesters from
- 6am - 11pm every day
Student Support staff based on the helpdesks are available to handle your questions about a wide range of ICT related areas including:
- OASIS and your OCC
- Using email on campus and at home
- General internet queries
- General software questions
- Questions relating to ICT resources for students
- Questions relating to accessing learning resources through Blackboard
... and a whole host of other areas.
Support staff are available during semester breaks from:
- 9am - 5pm Weekdays
- 1pm - 5pm Weekends
in Abacus 303 only.
