Support Staff
Support staff are available during the semester break from
9am - 5pm Weekdays
1pm - 5pm Weekends
in Abacus 303 only.
The Student Support staff based in the labs are available to handle student questions about a wide range of IT related areas including:
- The OASIS system and your OCC
- Using email on campus and at home
- General Internet queries
- General software questions
- Questions relating to IT resources for students
- Questions relating to accessing learning resources through WebCT
- Any Housing Network issues
... and a whole host of other areas.
Support staff are available during semester from:

in Abacus 303, Abacus 408 and Abacus 501.
